1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and DropWash ("DropWash", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile application and website services (the "Service").

2. The Service

DropWash provides a platform connecting users seeking laundry and dry-cleaning services with independent third-party providers. We are not a laundry or dry-cleaning company ourselves. While we carefully vet our partners, DropWash does not provide the actual cleaning services.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Maintain the security of your password and identification;
• Promptly update your account information;
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payment and Fees

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. We use a third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for any orders placed through the Service. Note there is a ₦800 minimum order requirement.

5. Damage and Loss Policy

In the rare event that an item is damaged or lost by one of our partners during processing or transit, DropWash may reimburse you the cost of cleaning that specific item, up to a maximum amount determined by our support team, provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms.
